· Please have ready the following information prior to filling out application form:

1. Your detailed company information. (Ex. Company name, Address, Phone number, Fax number, Contact person, etc.)
2. Accounting Authority or Inmarsat Service Provider information
3. Manufacturer, Model, and system(s) to be registered. (Ex. Thrane & Thrane, Model TT 3020B, C terminal.)
4. Inmarsat serial numbers for all terminals to be registered.
5. Emergency contact information including e-mail address and a 24-hour phone line.
6. Complete vessel information. (Ex. Vessel name, Call sign, MMSI, IMO, Vessel type, etc.)

· Click on MES application request form.

· Fill out application form online

· Print out completed application form.

· Send application form to:
