Old Accounting Authority · Please have ready the following information: 1. Vessel name, call sign, and official number 2. All IMN numbers for the vessel. 3. New Accounting Authority name and code. · Complete Print/Fax form for change of Accounting Authority. 1. Go to Forms/Application page. 2. Click on Request for Change of Accounting Authority under Print/Fax. 3. Print application and fill out. 4. Send form to       email: InmarsatActivations@liscr.com     fax: +1 703-790-5655 . A fax confirmation will be sent after the request has been processed.
