Instructions for Print/Fax Change of Installation Details · Please make sure you have contacted the following people: 1. Liberian registry · Please have ready the following information: 1. Vessel name, official number, and call sign. 2. All IMN numbers for the vessel 3. New Installation information (Ex. New Vessel name, official number, call sign.etc). · Download and print Change of Installation Details request 1. Go to Forms/Application page. 2. Click on Request for Change of Installation Details under Print/Fax. 3. Print application and fill out. 4. Send form to     email: InmarsatActivations@liscr.com     fax: +1 703-790-5655 · A fax confirmation will be sent after the request has been processed.
