Instructions for Print/Fax Change of Owner · Please make sure you have contacted the following people: 1. Liberian Registry 2. Accounting Authority · Please have ready the following information prior to submitting request: 1. Vessel name, call sign, and official number. 2. All IMN numbers on the vessel to change ownership. 3. New owner details. (Ex. Company name, address, phone number and fax number.) · Complete Print/Fax form to request Change of Ownership. 1. Go to Forms/Application page. 2. Click on Request for Change of Owner under Print/Fax. 3. Print application page and fill out. 4. Send request to     email: InmarsatActivations@liscr.com     fax: +1 703-790-5655   · A fax confirmation will be sent after the request has been processed.
